Information we collect
Subscription-audit-checklist.hub2.day is designed to run entirely in your browser. All project data — such as subscriptions you list, notes you enter, and status labels you apply — stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. We do not collect, store, or transmit your checklist inputs.
Contact email
If you email us at hello@subscription-audit-checklist.hub2.day, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to your request. We do not add you to any marketing lists or share your email with third parties.
Server and security logs
When you visit the site, our hosting servers may record standard log entries such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of your request. We use this data for operational security, performance monitoring, and to identify and prevent abuse. Logs are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses cookies and local storage to remember your preferences and to support the operation of the checklist tool (for example, saving your current session so you don’t lose your work if you reload the page). We do not use cookies to track you across other sites.
Google AdSense and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. As part of the AdSense program, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Google may use the data collected to show you relevant ads on this site and across the web. You can learn more about Google’s practices at Google’s Partner Sites policy.
Your choices under GDPR / UK GDPR / EEA law
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to consent to the use of non-essential cookies before they are placed. When you first visit the site, we will present a consent banner that allows you to accept or reject cookies used for advertising and analytics. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or using any consent management tool we provide. Essential cookies (those needed for the tool to function) are not subject to consent requirements.
Your choices under CCPA / CPRA (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, but some ad technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can exercise your right to opt out by enabling the appropriate setting in our consent banner or by contacting us at hello@subscription-audit-checklist.hub2.day.
Service providers
We use third‑party service providers for website hosting (our static site hosting provider) and for advertising (Google). These providers may process your data as described in their own privacy policies, and we contractually require them to protect your information.
Data retention
Your checklist data remains on your device until you delete it or clear your browser storage. Server logs are retained for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) and then overwritten or deleted.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@subscription-audit-checklist.hub2.day and we will take steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, links to subscription providers or other resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third‑party services you visit.
International data processing
If you are visiting from outside the country where our servers are located, your data (including any logs or communications) may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country that may have different data protection laws than your own. By using this site, you consent to such transfer.
Contact requests
If you contact us via email, we will keep a record of your communication long enough to address your request, and then we will delete it unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
